2011 Western Idaho Fair

We caught this year's Fair on the very last day and much to Papa's horror stayed until they just about closed - a good 7 hour day at the fair.  Poor Papa was soooo tired!  Add to this mama forgetting the stroller AND Jackson's afternoon nap, plus the mid-90's-heat and...  well, things got interesting at times.  But we made it home alive and well, and got to see some cool animals and some rides in to boot.

Trying something different...

Hi Loved Ones!

So obviously we are awful at keeping everyone posted on the goings ons of our family - specifically the kids, so I thought maybe if I had one centralized location to post pictures and news, that maybe I might be able to keep it up...  maybe...  It's a very ambitious plan for me, but I'm willing to give it a go. :)

There is the facebook/twitter/"whatever other social networking sight is out there" option, but I really hate that stuff - it freaks me out!  So this is my compromise.  I know - I'm strange - just bear with me... 

So my dear ones, the first post is going to be an onslaught of pictures, mostly of the little boys.  They change so much in such a short period of time, and of course you all know that I haven't sent any out as they change.  Enjoy!!

We spent a weekend in the mountains right outside of Stanley Idaho for Monica's wedding.  This is the evening before at the rehearsal dinner.  The kids were thrilled with the adventures of camping.

It was a beautiful wedding on the lake.
